All-state QB and district offensive player of the year for SLC in 1998, leading the Dragons to a state semifinal appearance.  Also lettered in basketball.  Led the Dragons to the championship in the state’s inaugural 7 on 7 state tournament.  Started at QB at Iowa, leading the team to an Outback bowl win over Florida and a final ranking of #8 in the nation.
